The plan is the building.
A script reads every wall, door and fixture straight out of the permit PDF. Scroll, and the sheet rises into the building and walks you in through the front door, with the afternoon sun computed for the real storefront.

A schedule in, a timeline out.
Claude Code and Codex turned the schedule and 3 songs into 16 chapters and 170 shots in DaVinci Resolve, every cut on a bar line, in about an hour and a half. Then they transcribed the recordings to find each moment and filled every slot with footage. A person still watches all of it before it ships.

One flight, rebuilt as a place you can fly.
The 360° footage was cut into 2,952 photos, every one placed in 3D, then trained into a Gaussian splat any camera can move through. This route flips upside down above the lip and dives to the pool.

My own drone, part by part.
A model of my Mavic 4 Pro, built in Blender from photos of the real one and refined over eighteen versions. Each version is scored against the photos, outline by outline and colour by colour, until the camera head reads right. That model is live here: scroll, or drag it. It is also the drone you can fly over Taipei.
